RF: came in right of the mark made a few loop right and deep before moving to the left to grab his bird.

LF: went into the fall area left of the station then over to the bird.

LR: traveled a true path to the bird held up a bit short of the fall area then quickly pushed on up the hill to snatch his bird.

RR: went just to the left of the fall made a turn to the right to retrieve his bird.

Right Flyer: Came into the bird from the right, straight to it!

Left Flyer: Came left of the guns, got to the area in front of the guns and hunted this fall area until she found her bird – tight hunt

Left Retired: Went up and hooked the blind on her way straight to the bird

Right Retired: going up wide left, curving right as she got close to the top of the hill straight to the bird.

Series 10 Land Quad

Series 10 takes us to an entirely new area of Clear Creek Sports Club. We arrive overlooking a similar field to the area in which series 9 had been run. The conditions remain pleasant with a steady breeze out of the South and a temperature of 64'F. Series 10 is a land quad with three flyers. The mat is facing the North. Series 10 begins with a stand out hen pheasant flyer (Left Flyer (LF),to the left of the mat measuring 145 yds from the mat. This station is positioned at the base of a hill throwing hard angle back left landing in medium cover. The second bird of this quad is to the right of the first mark and deep measuring a distance of 255 yds. This station is sitting high on the hillside throwing a dead hen pheasant to the left. This bird is also landing in medium cover and these gunners retire behind a large clump of brush. We will refer to this station as the Left Retired (LR). The third mark to be thrown is a drake mallard flyer situated to the right and deep of the second mark. The third mark measures a distance of 289 yds. and retires behind a large brush pile. We will refer to this mark as the Right Retired (RR). The final mark in this series 10 land quad is to the right and shorter from the previous measuring a distance of 136 yds. This station is throwing a rooster pheasant flyer to the left landing in medium cover. This station remains visible during the test and we will refer to this bird as the Right Flyer (RF). It is taking between 6 to 8 mins a dog to complete.

SLR: traveled a path at the bird, made a loop just shy of the fall and then continued on to grab the bird.

SRR: under the arc and straight to the bird

LR: took a wide right path of the area dog went way right and kept driving, handler attempted to handle but had to Pick Up the dog before he completed the test.

SLR: took a true path toward the bird, got near the holding blind and took a left then made a quick move to the right and got the bird.

LR: looked to be going for the SLR, skimmed to the left of the SLR holding blind drove the hill toward the LR pop-ed half way there and was Handled to the bird.

SRR: Handled to the bird.

SLR: got deep on the hill heading toward the flyer and was Handled to the bird.

SRL: went into the mark under the arc, got a bit deep, turned around toward the area put on a small area hunt to find his bird.

SRR: plowed thru the cover and grabbed his bird.

LR: traveled a path wide right of the area then veered in toward the area to put his nose on the bird.

Handle 38. FC RMR Ebonstars Magic SH "Emmy", LF, Clint Avant

F: made a turn left then right and got the bird

SRR: ran to the holding blind made a loop at the base of the dam then went up the dam and dug out her bird.

SLR: ran to the far clump of trees deep of the area est a hunt on the hill deep and pop-ed, the dog was then Handled to the bird.

LR: took a path just to the right of the area made a quick turn to the left and had her bird.
